Surgery for LPR

Has anyone had successful surgery to eliminate LPR? I had a radio frequency ablation for a 1cm Barrett esophagus that I should never have let them do. I now have LPR and it’s miserable. I can’t eat or drink any of the things I used to. I had zero issues before procedure. They scared me into saying it may turn to cancer. There isn’t an hour that goes by that I’m not reminded of this awful condition. It seems hopeless. I’m pretty sure my surgeon damaged the sphincter or vagus nerve but of course not admitting. Does anyone have a success story?
