Feeling scared with my Legion 5 🥺

I see that most people are posting pictures of their Legion where the motherboard is giving trouble or is damaged. I'm really worried because I bought this laptop back in 2021 and it's working well with no issues yet. I'm not sure if I should clean this up and add some thermal paste or just leave it alone.
