What’s the deal with people

For the past 4-5 months someone has been purposely leaving dents, marks and scratches on my car This is the dent on the fender which I saw this morning, the side light is out of its place, there are dents and scratches on the paint Before you say that the scratches will buff out, I tried the nail trick and my nail becomes kinda stick when I run it across Do y’all have any solution to prevent this from happening and what should I do about this dent and scratches I have also reached out to my neighbours and ppl from my neighbour hood but no one has security cameras.
