C Section Scar Endometriosis?

Hello,

Has anyone here developed endometriosis post C Section? I am 14 months PP and recently got my period back. Prior to both periods I have had recently, I have alot of pain/tenderness in my abdomen (specially around my scar.) During this time I have also found sex to be painful. After doing some reading online, I am worried that I have developed endometriosis.

Any thoughts on this? I'm very scared because I would like to conceive again.
