Gluten free bread baking makes me want to cry ðŸ˜
The last time I made this bread it crumbled apart in the middle, you couldn't even hold a slice. And this time it doesn't have any structure at all. Why is gluten free bread baking so difficult? I feel like I just rly suck at this. I loved baking before I went gluten free, and now a lot of times I just gets so frustrating ðŸ˜
The first time I made this it didn't have psyllium husk added, so this time I wanted to try adding it to gain more structure. Idk if I added too much psyllium... Too much water, or if there's something else that caused this. I just want to cry.
