Can't re-add my card to PSN

Is anyone having trouble editing/re-adding their card to their ps account?

My bank card was going to expire, and my bank sent me a new one 3 days ago. So I pull the old information off of the console (PS5) and go to put the new one on and I get this error: "Check your card information and try again"

First off it's the same account card I have had on PSN for years, I even called my bank and they verified everything was the same and the address is correct, they also said everything is functioning correctly and there are no blocks, they also had their tech people make sure they weren't rejecting any requests, and nope.

I've been trying to get the card back on for 3 full days at this point, I had no trouble with Google pay, xbox, or nintendo.

Does Sony even care to fix their system?

Edit: I was just able to add funds to my wallet using this same card, but I can't save it to my account?? This is so backwards!!
